WHAT ARE THE REALMS?
The Realms are sequential spaces in time allowing one to unmask her identity as a multifaceted, multilayered manifestation of everyone and everything that has ever existed; an exquisite work of art, capable, in her own right, of orchestrating, creating, and demonstrating a life filled with bliss.
The Realms support her on her quest to self-actualization, by way of reflection and
contemplation, daily rituals and written assignments, affirmations, and meditations, all tools to assist her with expressing unspoken words, unleashing bottled-up traumas, and forgiving what was once unforgivable.
The Realms program is twelve weeks of hard work which requires honesty, commitment, and bravery. It is a willingness to transform, to cleanse, to heal, to restore.
It is an intense, passionate rite of passage, an initiation into a world of power, and presence. It builds strength. It builds character, and it provides a lens for the wombmen to see themselves as divine, sacred, feminine,
autonomous, and free.
